Please make sure the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We do not offer cash refunds — instead, a replacement will be provided for eligible cases.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling or without proper packaging will not be accepted for exchange.
The customer may be asked to send pictures or videos of the product to verify the issue.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement shipment as soon as possible.
